With Covid-19 Updates..
We will call all the clients on the priority list when We are ready to open again, priority clients are all the clients that were meant to have appointments from 1st Jan to the date we reopen. Once these bookings have been made we will call everyone on the waitlist.
There will be no walk in appointments, all appointments need to be pre booked in advance.
Our online booking system will be disabled until we have caught back up with our clients and are back to a normal routine.
One client at a time
We will be operating at reduced capacity with only 4 sections in action so your stylist will only be with you for your appointment. We have taken away sections to create at least 2 metre distancing between clients.
As we are a small salon we will be asking that no one joins you on your appointment so no friends, family or pets, just one client per appointment. This will also mean we won’t be able to do kids cuts for this reason.
The team will be following government guidelines on PPE
PPE for clients is preferred but not mandatory for your appointment. We appreciate your ongoing support on this.
Salon refreshments and magazines
We ask clients to bring in their own water in a disposable cup or bottle with them. We won’t be providing magazines for the time being.
Card Payments only
For the time being Spencer’s will be a card only salon.
(unless impossible to do so)

We cannot wait to see you all again and we hope you understand some of these new measures we are putting into place. Hopefully it won’t be like this for long but we want to make sure we are doing all we can to protect both our clients and team.
